Meet The Team

As a young woman, Nadene displayed a tremendous business acumen.  This was quickly noticed and she began her career in hospitality and was promoted to running a small restaurant in Folsom, California.  After many years spent enjoying the restaurant industry, she moved to Colorado and welcomed her first of two children, Nate, and sought to apply her management skills as an independent contractor for other business, thus opening her own company “Small Business Solutions” which she owned and operated for 12 years. When she saw the success her husband Rich was having in the insurance world, Nadene saw an opportunity to apply her customer service background to helping clients improve both their insurance rates and coverage. She joined the insurance world in 2012, working with Paul LoNigro at Group Insurance Analysts in Wheatridge, Colorado and became a student of the industry, learning everything from sales to administration.

After many happy years in Colorado, Rich and Nadene, along with their two children, Nate and Emma, as well as the family’s beloved dog, Polly, moved to San Diego, California in 2016 which had long been a dream of theirs. Soon after moving west, another dream came true when Rich and Nadene opened “Beach Break Insurance Agency” and Nadene was able to apply her love of customer service and insurance industry knowledge alongside her husband, Rich.

Now, Nadene thoroughly enjoys all that San Diego has to offer, sailing and paddle boarding on the San Diego Bay, finding new hiking trails, exploring new restaurants, and riding her beach cruiser throughout town. Nadene’s focus remains to take the stress out of finding your perfect insurance policy by helping you navigate the pros and cons of all your options, so that you too can enjoy your favorite activities knowing we’ve got you covered.
